Question subaru 2.0 GX AWD - NOW 2.0 L TURBO

i have a crazy problem , my car was not turbo i put in a haltech ECU and a WRX TURBO engine, but when we tune the car it just wont go over 4.800 Rpm !!! its like it running out of spark or gas just backs fire or some like it wide band shows too rich or too poor rise gas and lowered and same thing , and i have $ WRX STI coils and 255 fuel pump check everything cant find the problem .... i try with another ECU same model same problem WTF !!!

any sugestions ??
