Post Went to Denver Auto Show last night

1 rally blue WRX wagon
1 rally blue WRX sedan
1 dark blue (almost black) WRX sedan
1 silver RS
1 green TS
1 outback sport

Show was ok... not great tho. Kevin from JCS showed up and critiqued the WRX, and was wheeling and dealing with the Subaru guy for information. You know, the old "scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours."

I agree.

I wasn't impressed by the show. It was more like a dealership lot than an auto show.

Thanks to the show, I've been able to shorten my list of cars to buy when I'm done with the Impreza

Subaru WRX - Very impressed by the interior and overall feel of the car. Looks a lot better in person. Will be on my list regardless if the STI comes stateside or not. The STX was not there (darn), but the SVX will make a comeback with a 2.5 engine.

Audi S4 and RS4 - I've driven Mark Josenski's modded S4, that was a kick in the pants (~330 hp). Both cars are very good. S8 is friggin BIG and cool looking at the same time (must watch Ronin).

I didn't like the BMW's at all. Yea, they have performance, but are laiden with electronics that are in your face. Other than the M5(way out of my price range), were not nearly as comfortable as the WRX or the Audi's. Also the steering column and displays felt awkward.

Crap... I put RS4 as one of the Audi's. I meant S4 Avant.
