Default Steering Problem?

Not sure where this goes, so I put it in here.

My steering wheels seems to move to the road, as in if there is a slight angle to the road it will move. Not sure best way to describe this though. I know my tires in the front are about to be bald, have new wheels/tires to put on soon. I also know the alignment is off a little in the front, but I wasn't going to fix that until I get suspension and new wheels/tires on.

Is there a problem with the steering rack or something like that? I honestly don't really have a clue. Any help would be nice.
Thanks
-Joe

EDIT: Also when I go to brake the steering wheel sometimes pulls to one side. Is it because I have uneven wear on the front brakes?? I do need a brake job badly, but don't want to until I can upgrade L brakes.

Your problems are most likely all caused by your alignment issues.
