Default Missing/slipping problem

I have a 94 legacy GT Twin Turbo, I have had a few problems since importing it from Japan for which I have had fixed, but when I floor it and the revs get up to 5000 RPM the engine starts to miss much like a slipping feeling (power surging very badly)
The engine runs great around town and fine on the open road with normal driving speed (speed limit) I get about 350km to a tank

I have replaced the knock sensor and have had the air flow sensor rebuilt. after fault codes indicating.
The spark plugs are brand new.
I did notice the blow off valve blowing air out in idle 750rpm, is this normal?.

If the coils are damaged could I expect this symptom.
If anybody could lead me in the right direction I would be very thankfull.

Subaru-less :(

um yes it is suppose to leak
all of the usdm legacy turbos do and my G version does too

any way that shouldn't affect it
the twin turbo is generally out of your realm as it won't clear the LHD parts of the car

that said, ill throw out
try fuel injector cleaner?
bad gas?
how good is your ground strap?

most all subarus produce peak power at 5250 or so so this is when the car is working the hardest

I will used a injector cleaner and check the ground leads.
