Default accutek vs. cobb

I just bought a 04 baja turbo and a non-cat up-pipe from another member here.

A couple of tuners and the local dealer here seem to lean towards accutek for tuning the baja but the cobb seems to give me more flexibility.

I'd appreciate any feedback on both and I'm sorta on a budget.
