Default EJ257 longblock, ported WRX heads and larger cams

I posted this in the 2.5L forum, but it might be better here, so...

I am now getting a 2.5L longblock to run with my '02 ECU which will probably be ECUTeked before I drive home in less than 2 weeks. However, when I get home, I'm thinking of swapping the heads with AVCS to my WRX heads, which will get ported and rebuilt with bigger cams, different valves, etc. This way, I won't need more EM to run the AVCS and won't have to deal with switching to DBW, which I don't want to do. Any ideas on what cams I should be looking at? Only looking to make 300-350whp, and I'm stage 2 right now.

Any info on major things I will be needing please post them here, thanks
