In that case anything should do. Even a cheap $20 special. Yet the connections inside stopped working. Just got a craftsman 10in. Yet haven't used it yet. Yet it includes everything, but the wax.
I pulled out my old orbital that I thought was junk.... which was a $40 craftsman and the thing broke before I finished half the car.

Meguiar's G110 is about $150. Depending on where you buy it, you can get some free pads and a bag with it. It's more powerful than the Porter Cable also.

If you're just looking for something just to "apply wax" a cheap Random Orbital will do the job just fine. For polishing/paint correction the PC or G110 are your safest bet.
