04 sti baby
Need expert advise on 04 sti........
while putting another set of headers on my sti, i bumped this little plug on the side of the engine and it ended up falling in the engine. i removed the valve cover to get the part but it kept sliding further and further back............
what is this plug? and why is it there?
what concerns me is the fact that when i pulled the valve cover off, a little bit of water came out from inside the valve cover right by where the plug fell in, when i put my fingers inside the cover, there is a small amount of water. the oil is not milky, it was fresh oil before this happened and the water looks clean and clear. the car is inside a shop but has been sitting for a couple months.
pls tell me this is not a gasket or somthing cuz i think i'll just blow this thing up. it all started with leaky fuel lines and has become a nightmare.
i snapped this photo after i took the valve cover off, seems there is water in the center of it.................pls educate me on what this is from?
