Default Throttle Body Orientation

Is there any reason (wire lengths and bolt holes aside) that I couldn't rotate the throttle throttle body on my RS say 45 degrees. I can't think of any problems it would cause but I wanted to get some feedback.

Its for a supercharger setup FYI.
