I'll take a picture of the tab in my engine bay, assuming I can't find the friggin thread again it's on the lower inboard side of the turbo's inlet when installed. Near the lower coolant line.

Here is another SC46 single scroll which just cracked 500bhp (about 400whp). Not sure on the supporting mods but I did get the fuel/boost. Might be on a 2.0, waiting for an answer.
"v power with 16% meths, 1.7 bar, just shy of 500 ft/lb of torque" I love how wide that powerband is, especially how it holds nearly 500bhp till 7500rpms. |

going by the description in the Dyno Plot it says RB320. Which is the Richard Burns special edition making 320hp Stock. Those had a 2.5L STi engine...so if it is true it is not a 2.0L

Assuming it is a 2.5, it still looks great in terms of how it holds power up top. |

Honestly its quite common and proven that 2.5L can safely handle 7500 rpm's. So i am not at all surprised if it is a 2.5L. Let alone the amount of torque it created down low.

Here's a thread I found about issues, he managed to fit it with some elbow grease. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1906859 I think for me, it will be easier as I have the JDM engine which has the long runners and no TGV's, a lot more room. Combine that with my 8mm phenolic spacers and maybe I will be ok. |

Yeah I think you'll be fine, pretty sure that guy was attempting to retain his TGVs as well. Are you running FMIC or TMIC? Will the 8mm spacers affect your hood clearance ?

I talked to grimmspeed and they said 8mm will be fine. I'm going to get a tune from Clark Turner as he has the most experience with the EJ207.

Also on a different note, I have finally been able to get in contact with CBRD and their Authorized Reseller ProSpeed Racing for their BBK Twin Scroll 20G variant. Unfortunately I don't have exact details yet and Troy at ProSpeed is contacting Blouch and CBRD on exact specs. I will let you guys know once I hear back. |

So is the CBRD made by Blouch? Like how scoobyclinic turbos are made by Blouch. |

Yup Blouch makes the CBRD Turbo's. However CBRD is known for having things made to their Specs, so they could be slightly different. So hopefully in the next day or two, Troy from ProSpeed will hear back from Blouch and CBRD on the specs to their TS Turbo's.

Aw man.. you got me all excited till I saw single scroll. Thanks everyone for contributing to this thread. I have been thinking about a TS kit for my 2010 sti for along time. I even have a JDM header I bought for real cheap as an impulse and now I don't know what to do with it. Well other then having it sit next to me on the couch when I am feeling lonely |

Oh I am certainly not let down. I just got overly excited when I saw that dyno plot. The 2.5XTR SS is a proven performer, and will probably be the turbo I put on my car if I steer away from TS. Its pulling like a freight train all the way to red line because of the 10cm hot side it probably has on it. I have had more tuners tell me to slap that turbo on and "call it a day" then I can count on both hands.
