Don't mean it as an insult, but this reminded me of scumbag steve's pic a couple of posts before...
Too much for me, but hey, that's why colors, shapes, sizes and tastes exist. Am I right? I thought I would only see this as a joke... No offense intended. I'd do that just for show. With the streets I have here, that setup wouldn't last a day... Last edited by cianuro; 04-01-2012 at 07:22 PM. Reason: adding... |

Yokohama ADVAN RS 17x8.5 +48 offset 5x100 PCD Total mass 40lbs which is about 7 lbs lighter than stock MY11 wheels No spacers No rolled fenders optimum setup for 09/10 WRX reduced unsprung weight, much better cornering and braking performance. Now sold so no pic |

I just got new wheels and tires for my 2010 wrx. Tsw willows are fantastic and look real sharp. Tires are continental extreme dw. They are phenomenal not loud great grip. Only had them for a few weeks.
What's the best tire pressure to go with? I follow the owners manual recommendations typically. |

Thats 9.5? Whats the offset? Looks way wider than that... Is it because of the wheel style that's making it poke so much?? It looks like even with crazy camber it'll still poke.
I saw someone with an OBP here running 9.5's +30 and it looks perfectly flush (with camber) |

you should get some 245/35 or 245/40s on there. will beef it up quite a bit. 225 is too narrow for that wheel IMO.
also did you buy the sport grill in black? or did you paint it black? i would like to do the sport grill in black (or DGM) on my silver car. i dont like the way the sport grill looks when color matched. i think it needs that contrast. |

When I took delivery of my car, the grille was black and that's how I thought they came until I noticed that everyone else with a sports grille was color-matched I don't know if the dealer painted it that way or if they had a black one laying around that they slapped on. Either way, I'm glad it's black because I don't like the look of the color-matched sport grille. Also it matches the other black pieces on the car: front lip, mirrors, headlights, rear diffuser, cf chrome delete on the trunk, trim around the windows. |

Says in one of his previous posts that he does indeed run 225/40/18s. I thought the stretch on my 8.5" wheels was bad with 225/40/18s; can't imagine 9.5"s. Definitely a clean car, but I would run some 255/35/18s on those wheels.
