Default HOU: Lamborghini Wreck

Keep an eye out on the local news (of which I work). I just heard a wreck on the scanner. HFD responded to a "Lamborghini convertible" wrecked at Westheimer and the W. Loop Service road, next to the Shell station. I'll try and get a pic up soon.

Edit: I don't know what injuries have been reported. I did hear it was on fire.

I'm guessing it flipped? Unless those posts deploy in the event of any major accident.

Aren't they 4wd ?? I thought you should tow 4wd on a flat bed truck, else it will damage the gearbox and differentials.

Why is it that a vast majority of people who own cars like this don't deserve them??? If you have a car with power, and you insist on driving like an asshat, please do so without a passenger, on a controlled, CLOSED course.

"No other vehicles were involved in the accident. One witness told FOX 26 News the driver flipped the convertible upside down while making a turn at a high rate of speed." - Quoted from http://www.myfoxhouston.com/story/18...-near-galleria

Since the car has rolled over it is now considered salvaged by the insurance company. I dont think its going to matter if the diffs are damaged at this point.
