Default Need help identifying this wheel

Received these wheels from a friend recently and ended up hitting a large rock and taking part of the lip off of one. It still holds air but I'm going to replace it anyways. I don't know the brand and there is no name either on the front or in the spokes on the back. I've searched keywords on google and used ebay as well and nothing has come up.

17 x 7
offset et40
9 Spoke
multi-lug pattern
5x100 - 5x114.3 - 4x114.3 - 5x108

I'm fairly sure the color was black originally and someone added some sort of extra clear on it but I'm not 100%.

I'm also not sure if the red lip came on the wheels new or if it was added by the last person.

I've seen many wheels that look like it but 1) they are 10 spoke and 2) they don't have the same spoke type, instead of it stepping down it is just flat on the sides.
