Default 06 WRX XPT stage 2 log

So it would be great if I could get some feedback on my log. I am running XPT stage 2 map on my 2006 WRX wagon.

I edited the MAF scaling tables to accommodate for my short ram but according to learning view it looks like the ECU is still adding fuel to compensate.

I also did a 3rd gear pull and heard an audible detonation sound at 6k rpm so instantly backed off the throttle, and sure enough looking at the log there is -3 degrees FLKC.

I'm running 92 octane E10, I live at sea level to 500-1000 ft (beaverton and portland, or) and my mods are:
-OBX short ram intake (cobb sf knockoff sort of)
-catless TBE

My questions are:

-Should I continue to work on scaling my MAF or should I ditch the intake altogether and go back to stock airbox. The IATs do fluctuate quite a bit since it's a short ram, but I really do love the sound of the turbo and BPV.

-What should I do to address the -3 degrees FLKC? Again, ditch the intake and reset the ECU? Or pull timing above 6K? Adjust WGDC and target boost to reduce boost at higher RPM?

Thanks in advance
