Default new sti owner with issues (pls help)

i recently purchased a 2010 blue hatch with the gold bbs wheels. and feel in love with it imediatly. however on my way home with said car the dash lit up, so i took it to advance to get the codes. the codes came back as 0852 or park neutral switch high current and i think the other one was 0171 or bank one reading lean. car was put into limp mode so i imediatly drove it back to the dealer. 3 days later i get a call all is better come and pick up the car. needless to say after a certian amount of miles this happens again. so i have had the car in my possesion for less that 5 hours total and its needed to go to the shop twice. but here is my question. the car has obviously been somewhat modified. its got an SPT intake and an Agency power cat back exhaust system. im assuming the previos owner had an AP but probably reset everything back to normal. is this possibly what is going wrong with the car. im beginning to think it is. but i just want to make sure. if so why would this cause the 0852 code. any tips or advice. im heading back to the dealership right now.
