Impreza WRX hybrid help

OK i'm looking to start my hybrid swap i spun #3 rod bearing no surprise there and since its slightly more to gain more power and be able to do more i'm going hybrid. i'm sending the heads to get fitted to the 2.5 block. my questions are:
is there any place to get just a base tune just to get it running?
the oil pan is the 2.0 along with baffles ok on the 2.5 this is just a dd car that i play around with never track.
the pcv system whats the best way to approach this?

i have a vf30 that will be going on and 860cc injectors also its already got the intake up pipe tbe 12lb flywheel exedy stage 2 clutch and a open source tune by me n a few buddies.

i'm also going to be doing a tgv delete along with all this

sorry i have done many many hours of research on here and many other sights and these questions never really get a good answer.

a few months ago i saw a thread where someone did a step by step walk through for a hybrid swap and for some reason i cant find this again if you can help please feel free to tell me anything needed to know

<-random dancing banana just because its there lol

Don't ship your heads to get them cnc'd ,save your money for better things and take them to your local machine shop. Mine did that for $80 for both heads and they are as good as after cnc matching.

If they are not working on Subarus then maybe find a picture of STI head and show them how it should look /what you're looking for. Also, tell him to CC them to ~56-57cc's

Route the PCV system the same way as stock STI:

And get the proper break in tune up front from someone legit like Phatron or your local tuner. You need to boost the engine from the start to seat the rings and you better have a good tune for that..
