Default good time to build motor?

I have a stage 2 protuned with some extras and the car has almost 130 k and its running great right now bit the more the miles rack up the more I worry bout possible engine issues that may pop up. So what is like to know is at around what mileage would be a good time to take the engine out and have it looked at and build it up a bit. I don't really want to make much more power than what I have but is like the car to last as long as possible. Also what are some good parts motor wise to make it reliable when I do the build. I know forged pistons will be on the list and want the short block cleaned and machined of needed and maybe have the heads worked on a bit but the engine internals is something im not to educated in so im just looking for some input on when and what to do to the motor to keep her going for few 100 more k. I drive the car the way it was built to drive but nothing to crazy im still on stock clutch if that says anything on my driving style so I really don't beat on it to hard. Its my dd so I just want to plan ahead so I don't have to fix things as they come.

Thanks, Corey
