No. Not at all. 600WHP will not be this setup. Maybe next year.

On E85 I think it should do at least that.

Here are more photos of the turbo. It is a TD06SL2-5371 (similar to GTX3071R compressor).

My brother and I did a little more work last Friday. The turbo is on the motor. That's about it. Here are some photos.

TD06SL2-5371 vs. VF39

^That one's a bit misleading due to perspective. Haha. Here's a more accurate one:

Turbo includes nice, multi layer gaskets and a small compressor to wastegate vacuum line.

Bolted on. Stock oil line fits great. Used the included banjo bolt and crush washers.

Oil drain lines up well.

Front.

Rear.

Side.

Ghetto BandAid because my brother cut his finger when trimming bump stops for his Bugeye.

Also, put this on the wall in my laundry room. The door on the right goes to the garage. Nice to be able to contain messy hands.

No, it is not welded. I'll be running it internally gated. The sealing surface for the flapper is machined to create a flat surface for the flapper to seal against. I think this is what you're seeing that looks like it's welded.

Hmm, any reason you're not running it external?

That turbo looks strikingly similar to the AMR CXR550 I had, all the way down to the billet actuator, except its got the "goblin" upgrade wheel, AKA the GTX wheel. I wonder how similar they are, if they are indeed similar that car should make some nice power on e85. I think mine did a little over 400whp.

It does look pretty similar! CXR550 is rated at 52lb/min vs. 56lb/min for the GTX3071 compressor. I didn't see any wheel dimensions listed for the CXR turbo's, so I'm not too sure how the dimensions compare. I think this turbo could do 400WHP on pump. Hopefully a bit more on E85.

More work last night:

Installed AMR hard inlet.
Installed better condition OEM fuel rails with evap removed.
Installed MAW/TIC plastic TGV's.
Installed ID2k Injectors.
Started cleaning up evap/breather lines.
My brother did more wiring (MapDCCD, VSSPro, Boost, AFR, Oil Pressure). Nearly complete.

Mock up of intake manifold on the motor. Not quite ready to go on yet.

Here is an interior photo. It came out a little blurry. Oops.

Water in replacement of Grain Belt? You must be really trying to focus. We'll maybe not on that last picture.

I didn't drink any fluids during the time working last night. That may explain that last photo...

That usually happens when I drink too many "fluids." Everyone is different, y'know?
