Default haltech platinum interceptor vs apexi super afc neo

I am seeking some good advise. I own a jdm gc8 impreza with a jdm v7 swap with fmic and k&n air filter. presently at idle my air/fuel ratio is 16.5 and I know it should be at 14.7
Im wondering whats the most efficient engine management. Is it haltech platinum interceptor or apexi super afc neo. I need to change my map perhaps and also gaon great perfomance tuning.

Which is best?
