I've had that roof rack for over ten years on different cars. Factory rails are still on, I just used the Q towers to mount the rack forward. I don't like how it sits when attached to the factory rails.

It's a 5 speed tranny from a donor 2000 2.5RS. Stronger and better spaced ratios than WRX.
