I have a sandwhich plate for an external cooler, but the oil filter tube is too long. So it doesnt work, so I am looking for a pick up tube that will hold the filter on.

Could this be it? 15018AA050

Best proper way to delete the oil cooler is to
1) Buy Turbo Non-Oil cooler water pump (#21111AA250)
2) Buy Non-Oil Cooler filter fitting (#15018AA050)
3) The coolant block plug (#11021AA121)
