Default Am I about to blow up?

I recently started seeing some higher feedback knock numbers showing up while I'm driving around town or on the highway...like -(4.0-5.0) range. So I started logging full trips. I got one as high as -11.8 while just cruising on the highway.

But when I hit WOT the logs look pretty clear and normal to me.

Should I be concerned? Do I need to take it into the shop to get looked at?

Any help appreciated...
Here's a link to some logs showing the clear WOT pulls on the same day as the cruising logs with the worrisome knock corrections.

I've got a 2013 Subaru WRX with a tbe. Those are about the only mods on the car. Running a torquedperf map.

Anything rattling in your engine bay or even in the trunk? A heavier box hitting the sides of the trunk can actually cause high knock values.

I do have my kayak racks in the trunk and some other misc stuff.

In the engine bay the only thing I could think of is maybe the wiring for my lights?

Something is causing some excessive noise if you're hitting 11.8... But no you're not going to blow up if its under low load cruising type situations.

Question. How many maps does the ecu play out when driving? I know there is a map for WOT.
