Default 2011 Wrx KNS and DBA XP650 REVIEW

Just want to leave a review on this setup as I know the struggle on deciding when the time comes for new brakes.

My 2011 Wrx got some bolt ons and makes around 370whp, the car has 150k and was needing brakes badly, now I didn't want to spend too much or go with brembos mainly because I'm not trying to convert my car to an Sti. I rather sell this and get an Sti at that point. so I decided to stick with the stock brake system.

I called KNS and got to talk to Ken who suggested the DBA XP650 With 4k rotors. now this is listed as a track oriented pad and that got me thinking but had previous experience with some yellow stuff pads before on my old car i thought on giving it a try.

Everything fits, looks and feels high quality as usual with DBA. install went smooth and Bedding was a breeze with no drama. The pads have a really good initial bite on cold and they just get better as you drive. at no point I feel like those lack at all, I'm very happy with the simple setup and how well they perform. the best part is as for now I got zero noise from them, brake dust isn't any worst than before too.

so if you looking to stay simple and get better performance than stock with heavy duty use in mind I wouldn't look anywhere else.

Thanks to KNS I got this brakes at my door within 3 business days, price was really good and more importantly the advice of someone knowledgeable.
