Default 2013 wrx clutch pedal squeak

Hey all, this sound started happening randomly a few weeks ago or so, mainly after it had just rained. Now it's happening more and more often, took a vid. Seems to be just when I press down the clutch. I should add that the I can feel the squeaking in my foot as I press down too. Feels like whatever grease was there has been washed away basically. I checked the spot welds, which look to be fine, and the break pedal does not move at all when I press down the clutch too. Suggestions? Thanks all.

In case you were wondering, size 14 wide feet, and yes I wear old man sandals. Comfy AF!

Try spraying white lithium grease on the pivots & return spring.

That does not tend to migrate into the bad spot, it's more of a surface lube.
Silicone or 3in1 is better.

Default Clutch squeak

Just bought this 09 WRX and its always had a squeaky clutch. First started with white lithium grease but didnt work. Then put a couple machine bolts through firewall spot welds and that worked for about an hour. Next decided to take out pedal assembly (quite difficult) and on inspection noticed a crack in the tube. Welded the crack and sprayed tube with penetrating oil in case there was anything inside causing squeak. Inspected clutch master cylinder and bled any air in hydraulic lines. Reinstalled everything and it seems to have solved the squeak. Hopefully wont have to deal with it again. Didnt take any progress pics other than of pedal assembly i was spending to much time cursing the process.
Link to crack in tube

*Subaru dealer was useless, they had nothing for a fix or even speculation on what it could be.*
