none of the ones I've owned; standard is clockwise (or digital left to right sweep) tachometer; I'm sure counterclockwise exist, but they are a minority.

A quick google search revealed that some Aston Martin's have it counterclockwise, and some new BMW digital dashes have it counterclockwise, I'm sure BMW did it mostly because it clears up more space... either way, seems silly.
