Default LC 2 wideband problem

Hi all. Just installed Innovate LC 2 wideband with red gauge. Bung is welded after turbo abt 23 inches. Calibrated it, controller constantly glows green and gauge shows 22.4. After I installed sensor in the exhaust and started engine, gauge started blinking 7.5 for a few second(as I noticed, it shows this during heating) and then gauge shows me 22.4 at idle, even though stock 02 sensor in header shows ~14.7 according to romraider and btssm. When I press gas pedal, lc2 afr starts changing but still is in very lean area 17.5-20 afr. Shouldn't be any leakages in the exhaust, as I don't hear any noises or smell anything. Controller is wired to ON position together with other gauges, also shares the same ground wire with afr gauge and other gauges. Where should I search for a problem?

Sensor is brand new, so I don't know. Could it be already bad from factory? I bought it from amazon
