Default Newbie?

Hey everyone. New to the forum. I've owned 3 subarus. 2002 ts wagon, 2002 WRX wagon and currently a 2009 hatchback sti.

Nice! I loved the 2009 STI.. my knee kept hitting the bottom of the steering column during the test drive while heel and toe so didn't buy the car unfortunately.

I'll admit this is the first car I've ever attempted heel toe. Been left foot braking for awhile and that's the first thing I noticed. Even at 5 foot 6 my knees run into the column

Yeah, you might be able to blip using the side of your right foot while braking with the ball of your foot while not hitting the bottom of the steering column.

When I sat in the current gen STI/WRX in the show room, the first thing I did was adjusted the steering column to see whether my knee would hit if I heel and toe'ed. My knee cleared the column with margin to spare.
