If you had WRB paint... gold would be the pick, but for white (which I love), grey is perfect.

For our Bugeye, I have 17" O.Z. Prodrive P1s in gold, which I really like with the blue. This is an older pic:
Our '21 STI is white, and the stock wheels are the Enkeis, but with that newer style where some of the spokes are machined, which really changes the look of the wheel. I prefer the older style where they were completely grey:

The wheels I think I am dreaming about for this car are the Rays 57DRs in either satin black or dark grey... but that is way in the future... Have to finish the Bugeye "rebuild" first...

Understand, I have been on the fence about Gold.. I have OE GOLD BBS's and have thought about changing one of the other OE Wheels I have to Gold..But I not confident right now that the Current Powder coat matches the OE Gold perfectly.. and thats What I would want.. Perfection

I am beyond stoked to get this thing back in my possession and look forward to keeping it around for the long haul.. A brief pictorial history from Brand new listed below including various Liveries of when I owned it before as well as the current configuration towards the end. It spent life as a Autocross car when I owned it before, but now will be enjoyed just with meets and cruises. It still incorporates many of the Mods I did when I first owned it.

Making a list of goodies to do when it warms up.. on the STi
-Install SE37k's with 235/40/18 Kumho Ecsta V730
-Install new Headunit
-Install Spec C power steering cooler
-Install Boom Boom Pow Subwoofer
-Install new Carbon Fiber Drive Shaft
-Install S203/4 Titanium Exhaust
-Replace windshield with OEM gasket and glass
-Have Rear Wheel bearings Checked
-One more round of deep cleaning and detailing.. including the undercarriage this time
-Thinking of taking the sideskirts to a bodyshop and have them mold the spats onto the skirt to make it all one piece, that way it would look super clean .

That should keep me busy when the weather breaks.. then I plan to enjoy it for a while including Cars and Coffee events, Subiefest, Fl4tfest and local meets...ready to show this thing off for a while...

If anyone thinks of anything else I can do.. Let me know

I've been eying that head unit for my 06 STi. Does it look like the bezel can be removed easily for painting? That's been my only concern since I painted my stock one a darker color.

Bill you wanting to part with that spare trunk? lol. The new wheels are the best yet. Absolutely my favorites se37k's in white 18x9-9.5 and a healthy offset is what I want for mine. Can you send me the info on that new head unit? Id like to swap the old alpine out of mine and move into something like this.

Yes.. 4 screws hold the head unit to the bezel... so easy peasy..

In other news..
Getting my wheels up to snuff for the tire install coming up in the spring. I would post pics but Nasioc's image site is borked at the moment. Head unit is sorta in.. I took my old one out. and put the new one in its place...super easy to install it seems.. I have to put all the antenna's. Blue-tooth, USb, GPS to get the head unit ready for final install..It's just kinda sitting there for now..but it has power.. its connected to my home WI-FI system..so it can get updates. I will post pics when I can.. also have to get my boom boom pow wired up.. More later
