Unhappy Smoother shifting?

I got the Shifter installed. ( Thanks Josh) But I want a smoother shift. Will the Cusco bushings help? What can I do to improve my shifting. Who can tell me some technics on shifting? i.e. Power shifting, Double shifting, etc...
