Default Installing Cobb Intake

The Intake was shipped this past Thursday. Hopefully I'll get it early this week.
How hard is it to install?? IS it pretty straight forward??
Can it be installed with just the hood up or do I have to get under the car for anything?
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
