Thumbs up Subaru By The Bay

Here's the link BTW, this is in Petoskey, MI.

Both my '93 Impreza and the WRX was bought there and I'm very pleased with the service and the sales people. Got an excellent deal on the '93, so it's not impossible to get some good deals there either.

So...I had walked into the local dealership here in K-Zoo, did a VERY SHORT test drive and told them that I was planning on purchasing a WRX within the next month. I tried to get a price from him and instead he said that once I was serious about purchasing one he could give me prices. Didn't matter since I already knew the MSRP, but he kinda pissed me off by basically shoving me asside until I was actually ready to buy!! So, the next week I headed to Subaru By The Bay (where my '93 was purchased, actually, it was even the same sales person)...he gave me a full price list of all Impreza's and was more than willing to give me the prices on any options if I was planning on any. He wasn't pushy whatsoever and was very helpfull. No complaints from me about the service either. Within the first year I had to get the gas tank replaced on the '93 (the seams were rusting apart) and the whole process went smoothly and it was in the shop for only a few days. Haven't had much else done there (since I live 250+ miles away), but I definitely can't complain.

I give'em a thumbs up!
