Question Help!! I can't get full throttle after CAI install.

I need help figuring out what the problem is with my 99 Rs. After installing an INJEN CAI I was unable to get full throttle. I'm getting the hesitation from hell. I know that it must have something to do with the MAF sensor, but can't pin point the problem. What do I do now? Help!!
