Yup...Its not a lie. White Sti w/ silver wheels showed up at the local dealership for the customer. Its beeing driven home this afternoon.

Turns out the white ones seem to be deliverd first because subaru manufactured the whites ones from the start off.

I got to tag along with the local suby mechanic to do the pdi.
Car is beautiful. I rode along to fill the car up with gas. The low end torque almost makes you cry. It reminds me of my old NA 2.5RS. Gobs of power off the bat. Suspension is extremely responsive. It moves to the slightest turn.

My Blue Sti should be in anytime soon!!!!

it might be the first stateside sale yes (if its for real). It will be very interesting if it is true..i would have expected SoCal to get first ones tho...not NM...no offense

Its VERY for real. This is not a demo or media car. The #3 guy on the list is picking it up this afternoon.

Let see now...NM gets the Roswell crash, then 50+ years later it sees the first Sti

(I skipped work for a bit to go see it. If I can leave early enough, I'll run home and pick up the digi cam.)

I just called my dealer and they said they got pipeline report and my car is on it. The paper says May 28th.
It's Evanston Subaru in Illinois (great place to buy IMO).

I thought all vehicles delivered to NM had to have 12 inch gold spoke wheels that stick out 8 inches from the wheel wells?

Only in Gallup for all of the Rez punks to drive around in. Every Neon has this feature along with a wing that really makes it look like a shopping cart in the Wal Mart parking lot.

Phew.

I ran the VIN# on Carfax and nothing came up. I ran mine yesterday and nothing as well, just happy its not only mine not in the system yet.

White is SWEEEET!

I just noticed something...The pillar panels and the headliner are a beige color. Is his the same color on all models or just the white? I have not noticed this on any other pictures. I guess I haven't looked good enough at this to notice. Someone please reply and enlighten me.
