That video is awesome, just wished the cat took better flight. He needs to remove her back and throw some carbon fiber there instead.

Time for some locking lug nuts and getting in the habit of cranking the wheel all the way to one side when parked.

Man, I keep looking at new wheels. I'm really torn at this point between Volk TE37s and Advan RG2's, both in white 17x8. I like the Volk's a little bit more, but the price is a killer. Decisions, decisions.

RG2's, one of my all time favorite wheels. I tend to favor more of the concave look so I'm not a huge TE37 fan.

Hey guys I really need some help. Autopart intl gave me the wrong rear axleshaft. I need a rear axleshaft for a 2004 STi asap. I'm basically done except for this. Price is not an issue, if anyone has anything please let me know.

Well, the 6 speed is almost done. Save for getting not only the wrong rear axleshaft, but incorrect ebrake shoes as well, things went well (apparently parts stores don't know there is a difference between a 2004 STi and WRX). Tomorrow I finish up the brakes, attach the exhaust, and button up all the misc little items. Hopefully I'll have the axleshaft and I will be able to drive it! Long day.

Haha, thanks Ian. It's just frustrating to have things like wrong parts prevent me from finishing projects. But, I should finish it tomorrow. I will say this, the 6MT is one heavy mofo compared to the 5MT.

try spending 9k on parts and installation, only to put maybe 100 miles on it and find out it all has to be taken apart again. at your expense...

i'm not bitter though..

I'll try and convince Chrissy to get out early enough that we can drive down there. Been there once, and it was delicious.
