Default EJ257 with D25 heads, how thick HG

Hello everyone, Im building my first motor here and still learning a lot and with Youtube videos and Nasioc Im able to get a lot of information on different aspects however could not find much about Headgaskets.

So I just purchased brand new EJ257 shortblock for my (2011 WRX) and took my D25 heads to machine shop to get rebuild, I know that my Compression is going to rise a bit and i was wondering is it going to be safe to run like 18-20 psi of boost lest say with something like COBB 20G ? Im looking to get somewhere around 350whp? Or do i need to get a thicker Headgasket to lower than compression? Any thoughts? I know Grimmspeed just came up with some nice ones
