Default MD: 2002 WRX wagon EJ25/B25 built 5spd $7000

-2002 Subaru WRX wagon
-EJ25 block with B25 head
-5-Speed manual (built)
-228K on body
~70K on engine/transmission
-Clear title on hand
-Clean CARFAX on hand
-3rd owner (including me)
-Dyno'd at 277whp/291 Torque
-Professionally tuned at Agile Automotive

-Dents with paint issues on the left side
-Missing a couple interior pieces such as rear headrests, cargo cover
-Rust in rear right quarter panel
-Paint chip marks on bumpers
-Small power steering fluid leak
-Clunking noise from rear right (possible from the coilovers)
-Typical rust for MD

Good:
Engine/drivetrain
-EJ25 block/B25 (STI head) build
-VF39 turbo
-JDM "pink" injectors
-Walbro 255 fuel pump
-Perrin turbo inlet hose
-Really nice turbo back exhaust with Borla Hush muffler
-Cosworth bearings
-Cosworth oil pump
-Cosworth crank
-Rebuilt transmission with Legacy GT gears (much stronger)
-Southbend Stage 1 HD clutch (~7K miles)
-DCCD's VSSPro (corrects lower speedo readings from the lower Legacy gears)

Interior/Body:
-Fairly clean interior
-JDM Subaru Armrest Extension
-JDM STI hood scoop
-Dynomat sound deadening materials in the rear
-Power windows/locks/cruise control, all electronics work, to include heat and A/C

I bought this primarily to be commuter, and as such put about $4,000 in maintenance/repairs (with receipts from Andrewtech Automotive) within the past year. I no longer have a commute, and with this being a 3rd spare car, it doesn't make sense for me to hold on to it. Although she isn't the best looking, this car is rock solid mechanically. No overheating (180-190F coolant temp while cruising), no misfires, no shifting issues, boosts to 17-18 psi, turbo flows well at 39 lb/min, and no check engine lights. The car handles like a go cart (albeit a little too stiff for my taste), very quick around town (max torque at 4K rpm), and has ton of headroom and cargo room (benefit of a wagon). The turboback exhaust is catted with a resonator, and Borla Hush has a nice muted sound, but still lets out a nice pop, as well as the subie rumble that we all love. I have the dynosheet and the tune files. With the engine, drivetrain/clutch and cooling system fairly new, this vehicle should serve the new owner nicely for a long time. I do not have receipts for the engine nor the tranny work (you can clearly see the EJ25 block stamp, and I added the speedo correction device for the regears, so it's all there), but still have ~$4K worth of maintenance/repair receipts from Andrewtech.

I have done my best to be as upfront as possible.

Price: $7,000 OBO

Increased the preload on the rear right coilover, and the clunking is now gone. Less bouncy too.

Added some updates (I guess I didn't know as much as I thought about the car!)

Comes with Whiteline Anti Lift Kit installed, JDM STI hood scoop, and JDM Subaru Armrest Extension (has two compartments)

Just fixed leaky gasket in the high pressure AC hose, and had it professionally evacuated and filled. Coolant was just replaced as well. Ready for the summer.

Replaced battery with Autocraft Gold (3 year warranty, 640 CCA). Also updated the original post regarding the build. During the last oil change, I found out this is not a hybrid build, but a EJ25 with B25 head, which is an STI head.
