front and side left blinker not working

Hello,

My front and side, left blinkers dont work and inside I get the fast clicking and blinking noise when I put the left blinker on. Its strange because both of the light bulbs are good, i tested them by swapping the bulbs in the left to the right and they worked but still no left blinkers with the bulbs that worked in the right. I also purchased new bulbs for the left front and side blinkers and those did not fix the problems either. I looked into the fuse set up and found nothing that would work in that department. Am I missing something here or what? (btw the left rear blinker works just fine)

What kind of car do you have?
