Gold on DGM looks good to me.

This one's a photoshop from when they first revealed the 2011 STI sedan.

Elderly lady! Your right! haha... late 50's or early 60's.

I should get my baby back sometime this week!!! I cant wait! IM SO SICK of driving the rental. I have an altima. It drives like a boat. The handling is very sloppy compared to our Subbie's.

I've been considering this, since I don't want to spend the $300 on the OEM grill. I was looking at getting a used grill on ebay and modding that one so I can take my time and leave the OEM one for when I sell/trade the car.
Shouldn't be too hard; remove grill from car, cut out plastic mesh, install metal mesh, paint, reinstall.

I'm also looking at getting the underspoiler (not the STI lip, the two-piece one) but I was hoping there'd be something aftermarket by now. I guess that's really the only front end styling available for these right now.

But it's color-matched, so it's like paying $300 for an extra grille that looks awesome. Not a bad deal, I think. I live in Alaska where everything is overpriced, though, so I'm probably off-base. haha

18" RS7s in silver, I know they're really old but they were going for an awesome price and I would regret not getting them.

So I was suppose to pick up my car today finally (its been close to a month) and these are the problems I came across:
  • paint chip on the rear bumper (after being newly painted :S)
  • inner lining of the compartment not sealed properly
  • the paint job does not match AT ALL. My paint is pearl white, the paint they used looked white.
  • inner trimming by the rear passenger seat not installed properly, there is a gap.
  • door seal on my passenger side door is falling off
  • dirt and dust inside my car
  • my engine bay was dusty
  • the paint job on the front bumper was rough
  • Here is the KICKER: The plastic piece that attaches the intake to the outlet by the grill was sitting right on top of my engine. They forgot to install it back. They drove it out of the garage like this. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!????
I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED AND NOT IMPRESSED.

The contact person I was dealing with was very apologetic and was pissed off with his guys too... how they let this happen.

So its going to be another week till MAYBE... I get my car back the way I was suppose to today. To be honest, I feel like, my car has been tainted and mistreated. I take such good care of my car and this is what happens.

If I could afford it, I would sell this off and buy a brand new car all together... so dissapointing.

Thats my mini rant.

You know, the cupril is the guy that was very apologetic. He's probably the reason why the job is such a disapointment.

You know very well he got the higher salary & use his own status to make other look bad.
