So they both made 600 @ 28psi. It’s pretty much down to who’s dyno reads lower and what’s the curve look like.

Since tgxnavy deleted basically all his stuff and sold the car after that Texas street racing fiasco I think it’s safe to say your never gonna see that particular curve.
Idk what happened but the graph was there a little under a year ago. But i have seen it fwiw

Yeah I remember seeing it and it being impressive too. Too bad about whatever happened.

And to clarify I just meant it's gone so no examining the curves to see who holds out torque the longest through the rpms etc.

Exactly, well like I mentioned above it's the same compressor wheel, but smaller turbine wheel and housing. That's why it would likely choke way harder on the OP's setup with 284 cams, ported heads etc...

That difference in the change in hot sides illustrated by the op is wild. I'm wondering if I went wrong with the .82 tial hotside on my xr7864s, bigport heads and kelford 272s. Might have to pick up the tial 1.03 and do a little back to back testing like this. Although mine has the new uhf turbine wheel that's bigger and supposed to flow like a larger wheel and spool like a smaller wheel, so that should help. The "small" cams should help too.

roger that. Torque is where the action/ proof is imo too

The Xona rotor turbos are hands down the best for making power and especially reliability. Australian stuff always seems to be built with a much higher degree of quality and knowledge, thank you for sharing your graphs. Would you mind sharing any pictures of your AWIC setup?
No worries I'll take a few tomorrow

Any plans to take it to a track, see what it does in 1/4 mile? Love to see some numbers there as well.

Yep will get it to the track just going to be a while as I have a broken arm at present. Shame as the weather is perfect this time of year for racing...

Cheers mate! I just have a hard pipe in between the silicone elbows which also has an intake temp sensor in the under side.

Is the decrease in intake plumbing length worth the increase in tubing / complexity / weight? Also curious as to the statement implying Australian dynos read differently, as we use several different dynos in the US including Dyno Dynamics...which is what my car was tuned with.

In also still wondering about this. Seems to spool the same as a fmic setup. Temps may be better but I expect awic spool to be way better than a2a ic.

TBH the wight difference wouldn't be huge as it only has 6l of fluid so 6kg, pump weighs maybe 1kg. and. the exchanger at the front maybe 3kg. I wanted to build something different from most people. The W2A is super efficient and intake temps are always within a couple of degrees in the warmer times and below ambient in the cooler months. As for the dyne figures US vs AUS it seems everyone in the states is making more power than people here read into that what you will. IMO a dyno is just a tuning tool the track is where you will find the real indication. Plenty of people running good times over your way!

Now that some time has passed, are you still running this A2W setup? What's your current impressions? Have you happened to have tried anything with repeated bouts of hard driving with lack of air flow between (like autocross) with it? How'd it do?

Update...Installed a set of BNM headers with individual egt's monitored via an e888 and had the tune touched up with great results!More power and torque everywhere Ended up with 627whp and 680nm of torque.
