would this work on my 02 rs?
I emailed them but they were not sure if I have all the same spots to ground at. do I have all the same grounding spots?
if not any suggestions on a good cheap kit I could get?

I run one of these kits on my RS. Its a quality, custom kit and can't beat the price. I'm pretty sure they are a vendor on here too.

thanks guys....well I ended up ordering the flex kit...I'm gonna check it out and see if it'll work, if not then I'll prly send it back and go with one of your kits. I'll letcha know how it works out.

I'm sure that the grounding kit will work on your RS. Grounding kits pretty much work the same. so i wouldnt see why i wouldnt. someone correct me if i am wrong. It would be cheaper to make your own. i made my own cost me less than 10$

yea definitely cheaper to make your own but probably won't look as nice.

their kits are designed for OEM type fit. so there's just enough slack in the wires. looks much nicer under the hood.

Grounding is grounding. You may not have the exact same spots, but it will accomplish the same thing.

Its a bunch of wires... OVCOURSE it will fit, it will also fit your moped or boat or van or rv.

^ obviously you don't know about their kits then. Lengths are predetermined so they don't just fit anywhere.

Email them, I'm sure they would be willing to work with you to make sure everything fits well.

ya I was focusing on length and look I don't want some cheaply made thing thatll fall apart or look like hell if I do it myself.

Obviously you don't seem to understand you don't have to connect it to exactly the same spot on the body/motor as instructed.

A piece of wire is still just a piece of wire whether it's made by Flex innovations or Santa Clause.

The question wasn't regaurding whether the Flex kit good or if the wiring was good. It asked will it work which means fit in the OPs case.

And you actually should connect it to the places instructed because not any old bolt will work like the one it was made to go on. I make grounding kits and I use the grounding points that I think are "the best" to ground the electrical systems and such on the car. I dont make the kits to extend to every chassis bolt I can find like most kits, which is why it DOES matter where the kits wire was MADE to go.

Aslong as the bolt isn't rusted to **** and its not painted yes it will be just the same.. a chassis ground is a chassis ground.

That's not what I'm saying. Grounding kits do next to nothing if all you do is ground points to the chassis. When grounding electrical systems such as the IACV, alternator, etc, the lengths of wire from different points are going to be different from vehicle to vehicle.

^^ nevermind...you still do not understand or just refuse to understand.
You can't ground to a nearby bolt if there isn't one. You can't take predetermined lengthed wires and mix them up by just grounding to whever you want and have it work (as 3-11 stated).
