OK, I see quite a bit of "wrecked my car parting out sale" threads. The WRX/STI is an excellent handling/AWD vehicle that should be able to go beyond the limits of everyday normal driving.

So why are people destroying their cars?

The only thing I can think of is Stupid driving.

If you are like me, you watch COPS and the chase scenes. You can see when they are going to wreck, yet in everyday life, some of us push the edge a bit much.

Life is short.

Play hard
But not too hard.

my wreck was simply horrible traffic and I got trapped with nowhere to swerve to avoid the pile-up.... I always thought if I ever got in a wreck, it'd be the result of me doing something stupid (i'm a very safe driver, never push the car or my driving past where I should)... but instead it was just plain old traffic and horrible luck

I once lost control when, going 12mph, I hit a puddle and my turbo spooled up.....

Almost rearended someone yester day in my truck in the rain when my lane came to a halt. Luckily the ABS works and I swerved without even think around the other car. DAMN Pirelli Scropion Zeros....that are bald as hell .Some new Falkens are in the mail
