![]() Im tired of my WRX sitting low, I want to get it up off the ground and have it back as a rally car. Curious about some options. Looking to do regular (probably weekly) offroad Subaruing. Nothing crazy like rally although I might hit up an event or 2. Im looking for something thatll hold up as its my DD but also not super expensive. I also dont want to tear into my car too much for custom mounting. Have 3 options in mind:
1) Feal 440 gravel coilovers- $1550 2) D2 Gravel Coilovers- $2350 3) STI struts w/ King Lift Springs and Spacers- ? My main question is which year STI struts (if any) will direct onto my 13 WRX and if anyone has this set up, how does it perform/ feel? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using NASIOC mobile app

![]() You can use struts and then add adjustable trailing arms to center the rear wheels.

![]() It all depends how much you want to lift it, I'm running 1/2in strut spacers until I get the money for new tires just because I got tired of catching my bumper on everything. Spacers are really easy to install and imo anything less than an inch thats the best option. You also can use stock fozzy struts IIRC, I know for earlier ones they work but for '13 I'm not 100% sure.

![]() No STI front strut will bolt to your car.

![]() Get forester shocks/Springs and some small spacers.
Designed for more weight than your WRX(rugged), gives height, OEM reliability, cheap to replace if one blows due to a hard hit. |
