Default Jp carbon product quality ?

UPDATE: DO NOT ORDER FROM JPCARBON. THEY ARE SCAMMERS !

Anyone purchased parts from jp carbon before ? They have big variety of products for subaru but I don't know their quality.

I really like this hood and will work great for my V-mount project.
http://jpcarbon.com/Subaru-ImprezaWR...-P2084920.aspx

I'd appreciate any inputs.

Thanks...

have bought a pair of eyebrows, the quality is ok, but the price for the hood is too much, have enquired http://jpcarbon.com/Subaru-ImprezaWR...-P2084920.aspx , I cannot afford it.

I really want a hood, but $500 seems a little steep....

Also, this doesn't seem too encouraging....

Angry Jp Carbon Is Terrible

I ordered a carbon fiber grille for the front of my 09 WRX from JP Carbon and it never arrived.

I tried to get in contact with them on numerous occasions and even filed a dispute against them via my bank.

They never replied to my personal contact attempts and when the dispute was filed against them they did not wish to compensate me.

Under the return policy on JP Carbon's webpage they state that they 'Work hard to make sure each customer 100% satisified' and that they 'will resolve any problem.'

This is an absolute lie.

I am now a few hundred dollars out of pocket because of this company and will never ever do business with them again.

I suggest to NEVER PURCHASE FROM JP CARBON.

If you do order anything I would suggest getting it cleared by a good painter!

  6. They kept my money.

My warning to fellow Nasioc'ers: avoid JP Carbon / jpcarbon like the plague. Do not buy!

I must have gotten lucky. I ordered from them on a whim, got my stuff pretty quick. I was hoping for a little better of a fit. I doubt i'll risk buying from them again.

Does anyone bought and mounted the fiberglass JDM 05-07 Impreza replica rear spats offered by JP Carbon? At the moment it might be the only one shop which sells replica parts not made by twisty polyurethan.

You are bumping a thread that has not been touched in almost 2 years, which clearly advises people to stay away due to shady business practices, and you ask if anyone has bought a specific part??
Find the part you are looking for somewhere else, or put yourself at risk to suffer the same fate as those above you giving good advise to steer clear.

The last reply was one year old and I don't wanted to create a new thread. Meanwhile they have a lot of positive feedback on Amazon and Ebay. I thought that maybe they reached a better customer and quality level within the last months. I also read that not all their stuff is crap. That was the reason for my asking

Jan 6, 2016 was the last time the thread was touched. You bumped it on December 13, 2017. Like I said, that's almost TWO years. But, once more, take the risk and post results.
