the reason of the 17 lbs of boost , is because it's a daily driver and i wanted a safe tune

Ahhh, 17, 18, 21, its all going to be just as safe. You will make hella more torque though with the extra boost. That is pretty damn good for only 17 psi.

How do you keep the intercooler cold exactly...I am heading to the track friday and i will be waiting in line idling until its my turn...and of course the intercooler will be getting heat soaked...Id liek to douse it with something real quick if I can before i run. BTw nice times! Maybe, but i am shooting for low 12's if i can as well.

Usually 23-25psi will get you a few extra horses (gains are extremely minimal but if your trying to go as fast as possible, every little bit counts), but at that point its really all about substancial timing up top (this is where the c16 will really let you shine with 30+ degrees of timing upstairs. |

i won't run on 116 octane only, ill put about a gallon mixed with some 94 octane that we have at the pump since ill raise the boost to 22-23 lbs just to be safe ... i hope i can run near 12.00 i would be sooooo happy!!

i've seen plenty of people use dry ice on the intercooler (it sticks directly onto it) and since it doesn't drip it generally doesn't raise eyebrows from the officials while in the staging lanes.
it obviously keeps the I/C very cold while staging. |
