Trailers look like a "Little House on the Prarie" episode. With 5 million dollars add horse = tear jerker with no redeeming qualities except to make you hold back sobs as the symphany kicks in.
Maybe the blind girl will finally see and share a beautiful view with Merlin Olson.

formula movie

typical spielberg over use of symphony

bankers are villains, wow that is a weakass bad guy formula

spielberg tries to leave his mark again with an epic battle scene that is completely unnecessary for plot development

acting is not bad

Saw it last night, giving it a solid B+. Whole movie just seemed rush. And they went all Gone With the Wind at the end.

This. Even a Spielberg budget isn't likely to get me to watch this movie on anything other than cable. I want to like it, but it just looks so meh..

I got dragged to this over the break, only because I love my momma...

Please, please don't waste your money on this garbage. I would be fine with a heart-warming animal flick. This isn't it. It's just two and a half hours of a horse running around, mixed with pounds of cheese and a completely in-cohesive storyline.

I mean seriously...this movie was absolute garbage.
