I've contacted Process West directly for this information as I am in the same situation. This was their response;

1 x M8 bolt 12mm long
4 x M6 phillips head screws 10mm long
2 x M6 bolts 10mm long
6 x M6 flange nuts

I love how they left thread pitch off of all hardware. Clearly wasn't the engineer responding

For anyone still getting updates about this thread, I'm looking to buy or borrow your underneath bracket so I can fabricate my own. I have this IC on my 09 FXT but it's missing the underneath bracket and it costs and arm and a leg to get one from an Australian vendor.

If you have it and willing to let me borrow it, please let me know. I am willing to pay as well as offer some car parts I have. Check out my iTrader feedback for my rep.
