Hesitation feeling under boost
Hey everyone, so I noticed this issue a little while ago when the weather was a bit warmer. So, sometimes when I'm in boost and not opening up the throttle more the car seems to kind of hiccup a bit. It doesn't seem like a misfire or anything and I've never had any codes come up for it so I'm not sure what could be causing it. I notice that it really only occurs when the weather is warmer during the spring or summer, but I never have many problems with it during the winter. I talked to a couple of my local car buddies about it and they said it might be a fuel pump issue. If it was a spark plug issue, that should hopefully be corrected since I just changed them 3 weeks ago and haven't had the problem since.

Is the AC on? I noticed a similar issue last summer a few time when the AC copressor kicked on during acceleration.

The only mechanical mods I really have are an improved pitch stop mount, and I have a catback exhaust on. That is a good point on the turbo inlet I'll try and inspect that while I've still got quarantine free time.

It could be something as easy as old or spoiled gas. Might be worth driving mildly until you rid the fuel in the tank and it fill up.

How'd the plugs look when you changed them? If they looked shiny and white you could be running lean and might need to run some top tier fuel with extra detergent to clean the injectors out. If they were oily you could be running rich and might be a leak as stated above which would be exhasperated at higher ambient temperature with less atmospheric oxygen in the air.

Also could be as simple as a dirty air filter.
