Dan,

What's the status on the Tarmac 3's in 18x8, 5x100's? You had some Gold and Charcoal coming if I'm not mistaken, but how many are spoken for/still available?

Also, do you know if these will clear a big brake kit on a regular WRX (as in AP Racing 4 pots)? Reason I ask is because the wheels look like they have a pretty decent lip on them in the picture you posted. Do they look like that for the WRX fitment?

I'm thinking about getting a dedicated set of wheels for open track days, and these Tarmac 3's I think are the ticket...

Please let me know...

madhandlz30 - Yea I can't wait to see them on your car. Once you get pictures I can host them up for you. Email me the pictures, [email protected]

Paulie - I should be getting a new incoming list soon and these wheels should be on it. Most likely the eta is now in early April as my last incoming list didn't have them on the march 22nd arrival and that is usually one of the last containers for the month unless it is on one for like the 27th. So far I believe there are only a couple pre-orders, so still plenty of sets left. These wheels will clear brembos so I do not see why they wouldn't clear the AP 4 pots. The wheel pictured is an 18x8 05 sti fitment wheel, the 5x100 will be identical to this wheel except for the obvious change in bolt pattern.

MDork - nope, let me know if you are really interested in the wheel and I can start a list.

seth_man - hey seth, for you I left a voice message on the number you gave me when you placed the deposit. I will PM you now with details on the balance.

dan_m - yes it can be done if we special order them. No pics as it has never been done. The obvious size has changed, the tarmac 2 was only 18x7.5 where the Tarmac 3 is 18x8. The Tarmac 3 is similiar to the G-Force as they have the same number of spokes and simliar design, however the spoke shape is different and the G-Force is only available in 18x8.

Sweet! Can you confirm that the dark colored ones you have coming are Charcoal or Steel Grey? I think I saw both mentioned in this thread. Also, what's the difference in those 2 colors?

Charcoal grey is on order and that is what is pictured in the pic I posted. Charcoal Grey and Steel Grey are very close, if you look at them with no direct sunlight it will be hard to tell the difference. However with light hitting the wheels, steel grey has more of a shine as it is clear coated with a glossy finish where the charcoal grey is more of a flat color. It's very close to the differences between Flat Black/Gloss Black. Both can look the same with no light, but when light hits one you can see the shine compared to the flat color.

SloRice - Glad to see you already recieved your wheels. Be sure to post pictures up once you get them put on. Also good luck with your car, you will be very happy with that 30r, I just got my car tuned with it and it pulls very hard

madhandlz30 - see I told you dude, they look hot!!! Get some tires and post pics! hah

spoolnSTi - should be early April still. I was informed all of our P45 orders have been shipped. I asked for an update on friday with an ETA of the orders but still haven't recieved a response. I will post the info once I hear back from Rota.

chlnOrSlpn? - replied, pretty much the same as the above status, should have an ETA very soon.
