Cosworth says, "Excellent!" I have a ****load of strays around my house... In the winter, they actually scratched through a plywood access panel to my crawlspace just so they can piss under my house where its warm (heating pipes access). As a token of gratitude, I now have put out a nice fresh saucer of antifreeze in case any of them are thirsty come the hot summer nights.

It's pretty simple really. If you love your pet, be responsible and don't let them roam around on other people's property. I see no problem with this whatsoever.

I have cats, and you know what, they stay in the F***ing house!
My neighbor has 4 (yes, 4) cats that usually take a crap in my front flowerbeds.
She also has two dogs chained up in the front yard, and a kid that is 9 and can't read because she's homeschooled, but that's a whole 'nother thread in itself.

Thank god they're moving soon.

And this is why they should open hunting on feral humans as well.

I doubt it would pass, but I have no problem if the DNR changed the status for cats. It's not like they're created a cat hunting season, they are just no longer protecting ferral cats. Neither Minnesota nor North Dakota protect ferral cats.

Also, firearm regulations prevent people from shooting in cities or near houses. This would be strictly in rural areas, public hunting grounds and on your private property (assuming there are no local ordinances against hunting).
