Default HID - The best with Low/High Beam

Guys,
Am trying to find out who makes the easiest HID Kit to install. It needs to have the Low/High beam setting. Am helping out one of my friends?

Regards,
Chris

Read the HID FAQ up top in this forum.
What type of car?
Note that all aftermarket HID retrofits are illegal so aside from the technical issues be very careful where you shop.

the easiest ive had and dealt with were from www.hidplace.com

it was basically plug and play except one tiny old hole you had to put in the dust cover

if you're putting a hid kit into your stock 02/03 headlights, you won't have high beams.
